As reported by a leading daily, Anushka will be seen playing the role of a 60's jazz singer in the film and is currently training for the same. Apparently a popular Indo-Australian jazz singer is giving her lessons on getting the right body postures to sync with her character.
The film's shooting that is currently on in Sri Lanka features Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. Paired together for the first time, their powerful acting and a refreshing chemistry is what audiences are expecting. The film also has Karan Johar playing the role of lead antagonist.
Scheduled to release in 2014, this venture has all the ingredients for a great film especially with its recreation of 60's Bombay.
