If sources are to be believed, a Muslim cleric from Meerut is very angry and disappointed with these two superstars and hence has gone ahead and released a fatwa. He apparently does not like the practice of Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan releasing their movies on Eid.
Now, he can’t obviously stop them from releasing their movies on Eid, neither can he stop us fans from going and watching their movies. So he now asks the people to stop naming their kids after Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. Haha! Yeah right! Like that’s gonna happen.
He is angry because they use Eid for their personal benefit and give nothing back to the society. He says “They release their films on Eid and take advantage of the festive season to earn money, without making any contributions to the community.”
Shahrukh Khan released Chennai Express on Eid this year and Salman Khan has made it a pattern to release films on Eid each year.
