This is terribly sad: former Bachelor and Bachelor Pad contestant Gia Allemand has died at 29 following unspecified medical circumstances.

Reports of the reality TV star being hospitalized in critical condition broke this morning. Allemand was reportedly in New Orleans with her mother and NBA-player boyfriend, Ryan Anderson, when she was rushed to the hospital for reasons that remain unknown.
Allemand was a fan favorite (and fellow-cast favorite) for her sweet and bubbly personality. She competed on Bachelor Pad after rising to stardom on season 14 of The Bachelor.
